Susan Lewis M.Ed.

I’m a former preschool special education teacher, program leader, and now coach and adult educator with over 24 years of experience in early childhood education.

Throughout my journey, I’ve seen firsthand how disconnected systems—QRIS, licensing, special education, policy, and practice—can leave educators overwhelmed and under-supported. That frustration is what fueled my purpose.

Today, I help early childhood teachers, leaders, and coaches navigate these systems with more clarity, confidence, and care. My approach is grounded in both research and real-life experience, and always centers the well-being of the professionals doing the work.

I believe PD should feel like support—not more pressure. I’m here to build bridges between what’s required and what’s possible, so educators can show up with intention, lead with impact, and stay rooted in joy.

Now more than ever, early educators deserve support that honors their impact. That’s my purpose.

I want to update you on a recent career
